We have recently upgraded to a new video camera. The new camera records video using HEVC/H.265 encoding. Unfortunately this format is encumbered with patent issues. We will theref ore have to transcode this format into an open, license free format and have chosen AV1. The process implementing this is ongoing and the new video format will be available shortly. In the meantime we'll display a still picture instead of the video.
